1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Gulf Coast Diesel Repair mobile diesel mechanic services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
2. Service Description
We provide on-site diesel repair and maintenance, including but not limited to:
- Emergency roadside assistance
- Engine diagnostics and repair
- Brake, tire, and battery services
- Fleet maintenance and inspections
- Preventive maintenance and tune-ups
3. On-Site Assessment & Work Authorization
All services begin with an on-site assessment. Final pricing, scope, and timelines are confirmed after our technician inspects your vehicle. Before work starts, you will receive a written or digital work order to approve.
Assessments Include:
- Visual inspection
- Diagnostic testing
- Parts and labor requirements
- Cost estimate and completion timeframe
4. Pricing & Payment
Our pricing structure may include:
Service Call Fee
Travel to your location and assessment
Labor Charges
Billed at standard hourly rates
Parts/Materials
Billed at cost plus standard markup
Emergency Premiums
For after-hours, weekends, or holidays
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods: cash, credit/debit, or approved fleet accounts (NET terms available).
5. Warranty
90-Day Labor Warranty
We warrant our labor for 90 days from service completion. Parts are covered per manufacturer terms.
This warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or neglect
- Modifications after our service
- Pre-existing conditions outside the work order
6. Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service provided. We are not responsible for:
- Lost income or revenue
- Cargo or load damage
- Towing costs (unless stated in writing)
- Delays caused by weather, parts shortages, or third parties
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate details about your vehicle and the issue
- Ensure safe access and working conditions
- Disclose hazardous materials or risks
- Have authority to approve repairs
- Pay promptly for all services rendered
8. Safety & Compliance
All services follow DOT and safety regulations. You must provide a safe work environment, including adequate lighting and stable ground.
9. Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 1 hour before the scheduled arrival to avoid a service call fee. Late cancellations may incur a charge.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, they will be settled by binding arbitration per the American Arbitration Association rules.
11. Service Area
We operate within designated service areas throughout Mississippi's Gulf Coast and Southeast Louisiana. Jobs outside these zones may incur additional travel fees.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date will be revised, and continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
